My Method: Pilathenics

Where Control meets Strength.

Over the years, I developed my own approach to training, and I call it Pilathenics, a unique blend of Pilates precision and Calisthenics power. This method combines the mindful control and body awareness of Pilates with the strength, mobility, and skill progression of Calisthenics. The result is a full-body training system that begins by bulletproofing your core, improving posture, and building deep, functional strength; safely and sustainably. For desk workers and students, Pilathenics helps undo the damage of long hours spent sitting, reducing back pain and stiffness while improving focus and energy. For those aiming to develop skills such as handstands, L-sits, or bodyweight control, it offers a gradual and intelligent path forward, strengthening the body from the inside out and minimizing injury risk. When working with families, I integrate playful elements of acrobatics and cooperative movement, creating sessions that are engaging for kids and meaningful for parents.

About Me

I’m Rahil, a certified personal trainer with over 11 years of experience helping people move smarter and live stronger. My fitness journey began long before I earned my certification. Growing up in a family of medical professionals, I learned early how deeply movement and health are connected, and that understanding shaped my entire approach to training. I believe fitness should heal, not hurt. It should strengthen your body while improving how you feel, move, and live. For me, effective training means working with the body, not against it: training intelligently, respecting its limits, and building sustainable strength and wellbeing. Over the years, I’ve worked with students, professionals, families and children helping them rediscover what their bodies are truly capable of; safely, effectively, and joyfully.
